Kay Binns - Construction Admin Manager
Kay joined joined STRI in 2007 as Construction Admin Manager, PA to Head of Construction and line manager to on other PA. Kay is the first point of contact for many construction matters, dealing with both Local Authorities and sports funding bodies e.g. Sport England, Football Association, Football Foundation. Kay's responsibilities include departmental administration, organisation of feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents and invoicing.

Anna Leach - Construction Secretary/PA
Anna started at STRI in June 2004 as Clerical Assistant. Anna completed her NVQ 2 in Business Administration while at STRI and is now half way through her NVQ 3 hoping to finish in 2007.
Anna was promoted to Construction Secretary/PA in October 2006, her role involves working alongside the Construction Admin Manager and is responsible for providing full administrative support for the Construction team as well as undertaking PA duties for the Head of Construction and Golf Course Architect. This includes audio typing, minutes, diary management, invoicing and production of confidential tenders and reports.

Alan Wright
Alan joined the construction department in 2000 and is mainly involved in the production of AutoCad drawings for contract purposes and the use of ground modelling software to give cut and fill volumes where earthworks are required.

Matt Palmer
Matt Palmer joined STRI in 2003 as a Construction Technician. He is involved in the design of drainage systems, earthworks, and the preparation of design information and drawings for tender. He also assists with the preparation of contract documentation, bills of quantity, and the analysis tenders.
Matt is a keen follower of most sports, especially cricket and football, and is a life long Liverpool fan. His main interests include mountain biking, swimming, and hill walking.

Lee Collier
Lee Collier joined STRI in 2007 as a CAD Technician. He is involved in the design of sports facilities, producing drawings for drainage systems, earthworks etc, for tender within the construction department. He also produces drawings for ecological management plans and visualisations of golf courses for the golf course architect utilising design software.
In his free time, Lee plays and coach's football, mountain bikes, paints, listens to music, skim's stones and walks his dog.
