Site Project and Appraisal

To fulfil the specific requirements of each individual project a full site and project appraisal should be undertaken. This will assess the following:

- Clients precise requirements and objectives

- Clients maintenance regimes

- Water sourcing and availability

- Power sourcing and availability

- Areas to be irrigated

- Representative shape and size of areas and features to be irrigated

- Ground conditions and grass species

- Regional climatic conditions

Design Consultancy

An accurate and specific irrigation design will ensure the efficient use of water and financial resources. We will produce initial designs based on the client’s requirements detailing the effective coverage within the areas to be irrigated, from which a full design, specification and budget costs can be produced.

Preperation of Full Tender and Contract Documentation

We will produce full tender and contract documentation to ensure competitive and comparative tenders are to be submitted by
contractors nominated by the client.

Appraisal of Submitted Tenders

The company will appraise tenders received, either through tender documents prepared by STRI or those submitted by separate individual companies, to give a true reflection of design, specification and costings.

Appraisal of Existing Systems and Future Development

Full appraisal and reporting on existing irrigation systems. Recommendations will be suggested as to the viability of
the existing system performance, operation and management, plus
upgrading possibilities.
